We have worked with Orange for over 5 years providing user centred design and consultancy services. We have worked on a variety of projects including Mobile and PC applications, website services, icons and graphics, browser plugins and holistic user experience guidelines.
These projects have seen us producing wireframes, graphic designs, icons, strategy recommendations, new product and service ideas, demos, prototypes and even usability material (including plans and reports). We have applied our user experience focus, working alongside internal design teams to produce design specifications and recommendations that have often been developed into service enhancements and changes that are now live for Orange customers.
Recent project examples include:
Redesigning the whole process of signing-up and signing-in on the Orange France website.
Designing the interaction and functionality of the Orange browser toolbar, including a programme of iterative user testing and redesigning.
Designing the experience and graphical look and feel for the email service on the Orange website. We worked on 2 consecutive versions of the service.
